Cessation of e-Cert (Personal) for Smart ID Card Related Services at Four Post Offices
The four post offices listed below will cease providing e-Cert (Personal) for Smart ID Card related services after the close of business on 28 March 2013. Other e-Cert services not related to Smart ID Card (e.g. new applications and renewals of e-Cert, etc.) will remain available.
The four post offices are:
- Aberdeen Post Office
- Tung Chung Post Office
- Mong Kok Post Office
- Tuen Mun Central Post Office
Starting from 2 April 2013, customers who require e-Cert (Personal) for Smart ID Card related services can approach the e-Cert counters at 7 designated post offices.
