Notice of System Maintenance
Please note that the Hongkong Post e-Cert services is scheduled for maintenance on 16 November 2025 from 00:15 to 06:00 (Hong Kong Time). During the maintenance period, online e-Cert services will be suspended. iAM Smart-Cert application / renewal process will be deferred until the maintenance is completed.
Users are advised to make advance arrangements for using the services if required. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
