Please note that the Hongkong Post e-Cert services is scheduled for maintenance from 25 October 2025 20:00 to 26 October 2025 06:00 (Hong Kong Time). During the maintenance period, online e-Cert services will be suspended. iAM Smart-Cert applications and renewals submitted on 26 October 2025 00:15 to 06:00 will be deferred until the maintenance is completed. iAM Smart-Cert services at other times will not be affected.
