Launch of e-Cert (Encipherment) with 3-year and 4-year validity period

Starting from 1 January 2014, Hongkong Post Certification Authority (HKPCA) starts to issue e-Cert (Encipherment) with a validity period of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or 4 years.

The application procedures for e-Cert (Encipherment) with a validity period of 3 years or 4 years are the same as the current procedures for e-Cert (Encipherment) with a validity period of 1 year or 2 years.
